I have experienced this issue with this router since buying it at Costco in July 2021. My firmware is up-to-date with version 1.4.10.8. I do not have any special port forwarding or access control configured. This router does not support QoS configuration.The delay from the plex server actually having to run through the network to connect to the drive and then stream that to devices causes slow downs and lag. It's better to have it directly connected to the plex media server device.
